Actually, cinnamon gives me gas. That would be ironic and not too pleasant for anyone involved!
I suppose Apple-Cinnamon would be better than the old Bitter Almond, but I’d prefer Vanilla or Fresh Citrus.
I take 1/4 tspn of cinnamon in my orange juice daily to ward off developing diabetes. HOW THOUGHTFUL of the state to…..what the heck am I saying????
