Beni is right. Unless the adult in question is a Boo Boo Dum Dum Head. It’s a conundrum.

I say be proud of your boo boo dum dum headness.

When a kid would run up to me and say, “That kid called me a boo-boo dum-dum head!”, I’d say, “ARE you a boo-boo dum-dum head?” “No!” "Okay, then, " I’d say, and they’d wander away looking puzzled. They may not figure it out, but they wandered away, so my goal was accomplished.

That fits Joe Biden to a T as well.
