Come to think of it, there don’t seem to be quite as many wedding magazines as there used to be. Guess the Internet has something to do with that.

Changing cultural norms. Today’s seems to be “exhibitionism über alles”. Val is staying young by not changing her outlook on life, rather than by trying to pretend she’s part of a later generation.
