Just a thought, but wouldn’t it make more sense to do this in January when we’re coming out of the year being “commemorated?” February’s the next best thing, but we’re pretty well into the new year and even writing “2015” on our check dateline without having to remember it.
I’m here in New England. Any groundhogs hereabouts are hunkered down in front of their little TV’s, as we have gotten roughly 4 feet of snow in the past 7 days.

LOL!!! .. I don’t believe Mr Hinds expected a groundhog to bite the ear of a Mayor this morning. But that last panel is priceless!
