Good news Ziggy. That’s called Profesional Impropriety. If the boss refuses to discipline the worker in writing or suspend or terminate her for such a remark, you may never have to work again! $$$ Especially that type of remark made to a patient of that profession.
This happens in all doctor’s offices. The people up front almost always treat patients rudely. I think it is because they are underpaid, but then what do I know?
