Fingerprint, mugshot & DNA test them, too, like that scoundrel governor of Texas! The problem is hardly unique to the modern U. S., however. Throughout human history it has been rare that a competent and truly decent person would be a politician.

Well, that’s just, um, you know, free speech. As guaranteed by the constitution. You know, like ignorance is strength. And freedom is slavery. And four legs good, two legs better.

If only it was that easy. And that obvious.

Money is speech. Corporations are people. The fact that the Justices who think this way were all appointed by Republicans is why I am afraid to vote for one for president.

Several years ago, in Boston, a local pol WAS caught by FBI camera accepting cash at a local eatery, and stuffing it into her bra. She was charged, tried, convicted and sentenced. She cried “Racism” the whole time!

The cameras would violate “Citizens United” SCOTUS decision.
