    We had lots of vegetable dishes – spinach, turnips, peppers, squash, corn… Incredibly delicious with virtually no leftovers. Oh yeah, turkey, too.

    “Tofu, like gluten is filler, not to be eaten by itself.”.Burptoo late..also, gluten is simply a protein occuring naturally in wheat and other cereals to which one percent of the population is allergic. The rest are unaffected by it, but I don’t see it as filler.
