I’m a lifelong Philly boy who is tightly attached to many Philadelphia and Pennsylvania products, including scrapple, pepperpot soup, Philly cheesesteaks, Peanut Chews, TastyKakes, and Peeps.
Peeps have evolved with time, and the yellow chicks of my childhood have been joined by chicks in many colors (purple is my favorite) plus Easter bunnies and Halloween cats.
But I’m sad to admit, I don’t much like marshmallow.
