Nohwear, you need to study some church history. There was that little thing called the Crusades. And Christians have killed Christians for being the wrong kind of Christians.
For people who think “pointing to the Bible” will somehow make you more Christian (defined implicitly here as peaceful), you really need to READ the Bible. Especially the Old Testament, which is every bit as vicious and bloody as ISIS, e.g., when the Hebrews entered the Promised Land and slew every single human being, man, woman, and child, ag God’s command.
More New Testament:“And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people.”“If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.”“He that despised Moses’ law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God…”“Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword.”
Clay hit the nail directly on the head, and “observer” like most Americans, in the press and public, ignore the oft repeated fact that ISIL, NOT “ISIS” is the correct translation from the Arabic. Which, is also shown by “Christian” ignorance regarding the Quran, or even the multiple translations, and variations of interpretation, in their own “book”. It IS the latter day followers who created the myth in their minds,, and that includes Paul, who wrote or influenced most of the “New Testament”.
Another false cartoon by someone who evidently knows nothing about Mohammad’s UNpeaceful religion or what is taught in the Koran/Quran and Hadith and whatever scholarly writings Islam claims as theirs. Muslims judge others and are “judge, jury and executioner” of whoever displeases them.
They are not obeying the true God of the Bible who is the only uncreated God existing without a beginning and without an ending. The Bible teaches Christians to leave judgment up to God in His Judgment Days yet to come.-ISIS is acting out basic teachings that were practiced by Mohammad and his followers. There is no choice given to those born into Muslim families, there is no “equality of men and women” and there are no rights for females. Females are second class status and suffer “honor killings” when the men are not satisfied with complete submission of wives and daughters.-The KKK is a criminal organization that uses masks to hide the bullies and killers; it as unbiblical and breaks many of God’s Laws and Principles of how humans should behave. IMO the KKK is more of a Mafia or Criminal Enterprise.-The Bible, and the New Testament gives the rules for those who choose to become members of the Church in this Age, God’s final Age of mankind governing on earth.-The God of the Bible demonstrates love for sinners and provided the Way to have sins forgiven and receive eternal life with God; the Koran expresses little if any Love from its “supreme being”…..no choice and no permission to change to a different religion….death is the penalty for Muslim converts to a different faith, carried out by Muslim men.-What Jesus spoke of Is the Creator God’s right to take the lives of unrepentant rebels. God gave life and God has the right to end a life of any human….the ungodly then have a different eternal destination than the ones who put Faith in God’s only Saviour, Jesus the incarnate God in flesh who provides forgiveness for sin and gives eternal life to the faithful believers.
Hmm, lynchings, dragging folks for half a mile behind a truck until their heads pop off, no, there’s no KKK violence anymore in America.
As to “sinners” and the Bible, the only good “sinner” is a dead one, and that’s gone from anyone who’s not a Hebrew, to anyone who’s not a “good Christian”, and that “forgiveness” only after their death has never been proven to be anything but a hypothetical. Revelations isn’t about peace and love for non-Christians, called “infidels”. It’s the ultimate “convert or die” warning.
Every human on this earth is a sinner against his/her Creator God. From Adam who had only ONE Commandment to obey, to Adam’s race who are instructed by God’s Word what a sin is, and the total inability for any human to live sinlessly.-God’s Son came to earth to be born to a Virgin without the DNA of a human father who carries the “sin virus”….to live a sinless life, to voluntarily die as the sacrifice to pay for our sins, and to rise from the grave to guarantee that every human that chooses Faith in Jesus in genuine sincerity will receive eternal life. God offers that to every human, even dtroutma. God never forces anyone to “convert”…..He offers and we accept or reject. Acceptance grants us the credit in Jesus’ “account” to forgive and forget our sins by God the Father who gives us God the Spirit to help us live the earthly life resisting the temptations to sin but if we sin we have Jesus in Heaven as our defense lawyer (Our Advocate), to forgive when we repent. God also guarantees sincere believers the resurrection that transforms our present earthly bodies into immortal bodies for Eternity. IMO that is a good deal, for me, for you and for every believer. Our Holy God cannot live with creatures who are sinful, so God did all the work that is impossible for mankind to do, to save as many as will accept Him.

The KKK is clearly unchristian because it doesn’t match up to the life of Jesus.
ISIS…? Well, just take a look at the life of Mohammed.

I’ll bet a lot of those KKKs think they are fine Christians.

The cartoonist is clearly ignorant of Mohammad’s work.
It’s helpful to point wayward Christians to the Bible. Pointing Muslims to the Koran, not so much.

As scripture says those that live by the sword die by the sword. If you advocate violence you will be judged accordingly.

It is hard to take a Muslim group seriously when they are named after an Egyptian goddess.
