It also isn’t as deadly. To compare the conditions of America’s poor to that of the victims of ISIS is monstrous.

It’s your own fault, buddy! You should have listened to that investment trader from Goldman Sachs, back in 2007, when he told you he had a great deal on some high-yield derivitive packages!

I don’t think this advocates an “either / or” response…both groups have real needs and both CAN be supported. The point seems that Congress is answering the (political) needs of the moment, while having for some time, ignored and disparaged the needs of their own citizens, constituents and employers – for (arguably) politically motivated considerations. What about all the Right’s complaints about supporting other nations’ populations with “Our Tax Munnee”, while disdaining (denis1112) the needs of our own also (for political reasons, too). Our economy is doing BETTER – the term “Great” is used only by Right-wingers who wish to minimize the credit to the administration for the repair they’ve been able to do in the face of TEA-publican obstruction.

“Why not get a job?The economy is doing great.Ask a democrat.”I used to buy a specific brand of shoe because they were made in the USA—the only brand I could find that still was. Today I went to buy and new pair, only to learn they’re now being made in Indonesia. The so called “job creators” are creating jobs overseas so they can pay workers a pittance to work in unsafe working conditions to increase profit margins. They’ve been doing it long before Obama took office, and they’ll continue after Obama leaves office. But go ahead and keep blaming Obama. It’s all you have.
