As usual, Capt. Johnson came in a day late to do PROPER riot control, peacefully, after the right-wing jackboot, excessive force, morons screwed up. He restored peace by merely doing what properly trained leadership should be doing.
Also, appears from store video the “good kid” might not have been quite such a sweetie, like strangling a tiny store clerk who tried to stop Brown from robbing him.
Did things go down “wrong” all around? Yep, pretty much, but with the press out there to inflame all sides, by avoiding actually covering the complete truth, what should we expect any more?
This is not race baiting – an asinine term at any rate. Rather, it is a valid commentary on the miltarization of police departments around the country. They are purchasing tanks, assault weapons in spades, and even grenade launchers. SWAT teams are deployed exponentially more than before. And yes, more unarmed citizens are being shot than ever before. Thefact that most of them happen to be black is entirely coincidental.
The B of A robbery in L.A. where the bad guys had fully automatic weapons, body armor, and other weapons, are the reason the cops need to “compete”. We can thank the NRA in large part for the ready access crooks have to massive firepower.

It looks more like the Pentagon’s private army is going to let a criminal go free to protect their own crimes. They are no longer the local police, but have been replaced by those who know how to police. Why is the corporate media covering the disgraced ousted police chief as though he were an authority? His is an obvious accessory to murder.
It might be interesting to see where those cameras are placed. Your implication that one race is morally superior to another is simply wrong. There are a lot of factors going into a regions crime rates. And as whites are the largest proportion of the population it stands to reason they are committing crimes too, but we aren’t acknowledging that.
As I recollect Mayberry, there was nary a black face to be seen. It depicted a segregated South that literally and figuratively denied the black race existed. And to this day we sentimentalize that Mayberry utopia. More’s the pity that we essentially have the same attitudes.

There are a lot of factors going into a regions crime rates. And as whites are the largest proportion of the population it stands to reason they are committing crimes too, but we aren’t acknowledging that.
