She seems to mean well, but she is Lucy.

How cruel.

Linus may be a new person, but Lucy is still the same ol’ mean sister she always was.

Linus is a new person: instead of one of the sanest people in the comic, he is now a bawling madman who’s probably more likely to succumb to depression than Charlie Brown.Lucy, I think you may be a bit too interpretive of the meaning of ‘new person’. Or too little.

I don’t know how, when, where, or even why, but I’m fairly certain Linus will be getting his blanket back, and that’s the ONLY thing getting me through this series!

The trash burner is not “on.” There is still hope for the old blanket. However we could have a long session about Linus adjusting to a new blanket so all hope Is not lost. “Whimper”

Wow! They had trash burners back then, and nobody died.

Meanwhile at Grandma’s House, She is sneaking a ciggy!

Where was the secret agent during all of this?

Lucy is a mean tyrant!!!!! Give the poor little boy his blanket….he will outgrow it on his own!!!! It’s enough already!!!!!!

I had a little second-grade boy I used to tutor, who had a security blanket he often liked to keep with him while he was at home, especially after a rough day at school (he was bullied a lot in school).He had a babysitter while I was working with him. She didn’t think he should have a security blanket. She kept trying to stop him from using it.But I encouraged it. Sometimes, when he’d come home from school looking especially upset, I would tell him to go and get his blanket!(His babysitter and I didn’t always get along.)

Let’s see how long Lucy can stand this “new person”…

So THAT’S why Linus went insane and killed his sister… I always wondered…
