We bought our kids the ones that play music you can hear in your head while the brush makes contact with the teeth. Still a battle to get them to brush.
I had trouble with that the first time I used it — in adulthood. Now I try to time carefully how I use the brush in each part of my mouth, but I swear it runs longer than two minutes every time.
