Actually they have been trained to crawl off the plate to be carried back to the kitchen for recycling. Think Ill buy stock in that restaurant.

Where’s Lucy? She made the chef mad when she asked for catsup with her snails. That one is a good episode of I Love Lucy.
Ergo, the escargot was returned to the kitchen. Got to admit they are tasty done in garlic. Even the shells are edible, but then I eat prawns shell and all….minus the head. Who wants something looking at you while you devour it?

I’ve had escargot … once. It was OK, but definitely not worth the price.
