I agree with you. I once worked in the kitchen of a country club and after feeding the members and parties we’d eat prime rib night after night. After awhile all we wanted was a burger or anything else.

First thing I do when grilling for the week is figure out the order I’ll do things, mainly because I use three different wire baskets for easier turning and because some things take more prep – e.g. parboiling brats, skinning chicken, and slicing and oiling zucchini. The last two are always my wife’s steak followed by my fish unless I started late.
