“Battlestar Galactica” creator Glen Larson is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (commonly known as Mormonism; he also did “Knight Rider” and “Magnum, P.I.”). That’s what I’m thinking.

I dunno how people pick favorite stuff…I mean, how could steak or sashimi or lasagna or chocolate be better than the others? How can one book or movie or song be better than all others, one color be the most pleasing, one flower be most perfect…when you might be in a totally different mood another day?

There might be a day when something is on TV that I totally want to watch even more than some old episode of Red Dwarf….um… I think….

I watch a lot (and many of my faves are on hiatus or cancelled):Currently, I still have:Project RunwayChoppedMasterpiece (Classic and Mystery)Top ChefCriminal MindsWorst Cooks in AmericaRuPaulFace OffMillionaire MatchmakerRestaurant Impossible, Mystery Diners & Hotel Impossible all show the foibles inherent in running those businessesTo fill in, I watch the various “Real” Housewives and many different mysteries on the I.D. Channel

Canceled shows I really miss (that I don’t think were given a chance) include:Interior Therapy (from Flipping Out, but thoughtful)Hot Set and Naked Vegas (both spin-offs of Face Off)Lie to Me (appeal similar to Criminal Minds)and then there are things from Logo Channel that I won’t mention . . . especially since all the best ones are gone.

And Grog must be much younger than I; I watched all THOSE shows when they first aired (EONS ago).

Perkycat…. I’m here…. :)but I assume you actually mean the one in the sky…

Some of that would be nice too…but I can’t complain about our N. California rain, we need it…and so many people here are still slogging through the snow.

That depends, Dad, on whether you’re watching the original “Galactica” or the much-inferior “re-imagining” that required you to ingest an entire box of Dramamine before each episode.
