Big Bang can be funny. I’ve seen a lot of it in reruns. Too much groin and bathroom humor for me, but that’s pretty typical today. Throughout the TV and movie industry, it seems as though there are story editors saying: “Not nearly enough lines about butts, genitals, masturbating and urinating. Punch this script up! That’s how people talk all the time!”
I never got into this show because I believe the so-called ‘geeks’ watching are laughing at the characters more than with them. The attitude seems to be “They’re super smart doctors and scientists but they read comic books and play video games and only children are allowed to like that junk so it’s okay to mock them.”
“Big Bang” is one of my favorite shows. It can be a little repetitive at times, but has a great cast and some fun jokes. Kind of sad to see the show end after this season, but it sort of feels like the right time, too. Long live “Bazinga!” …

Big Bang Theory is OK: occasionally very funny, but mostly mildly amusing, and often a bit “same old, same old”.

I find Big Bang to be a fun show. Not as wildly creative at say Community or as quirky smooth as Parks and Rec but a fun show.
