When I was about 7 or 8, they were building I-264 near my house. There are a couple of nice hills very close. After it was paved, but before it was fenced off and open to traffic, we liked to take our bikes up one of the hills, turn around coast down and as far up the next hill as we could. We were all very sad when they finally let cars on our bike path.
