It turns out my ban was a MISTAKE!
A mod actually replied this morning (Tuesday) to my e-mail query from Sunday… and said somebody “pushed the wrong button” ….
the next day, he realised his mistake and re-instated me.
But our friend x_Tech is still banned, as of this writing….
If it wasn’t another glitch, his only “crime” was trying to help ME by posting about my situation on just four comment boards….

if they don’t show up on the forums by Wednesday afternoon, I hope some of you will write to moderator@gocomics.com and ask for his return.
I’m told Bruno Zeigarts has also been banned, if you know him. Funny fellow.

So just to remind anybody who wonders….
Just log out, refresh the page, and see whether your comment has disappeared.
Everybody (since the changes last month anyway) can see a banned person’s comments on his/her profile, but only that person, when logged in, can see them in the forums.
So if you log out and can’t see them…. log back in and they re-appear….. you’re banned.
And it’s the same everywhere on the site…. you can’t be blocked on one strip and not another.
