Wow, that is completely mistaken. Boehner is refusing to let the bill be VOTED on — because he knows it will pass. The GOP has tried NO avenue of compromise; they are trying to force sabotage of a law that has already passed Congress, and validated as constitutional. It’s as simple as that.
