Yeah – buffet-only restaurants have much smaller operating overheads, and often have shorter work hours, and can so can offer a lower price to diners while still maintaining a good profit margin.

Pluggers are old, fat, and hate new technology. I feel you could replace the punchline to any Pluggers panel with that and lose nothing.
Too lazy to go for “seconds” … ?
Health codes say you can’t go through the line again with a used plate and must get a clean plate for each trip.
