Sympathy for the old guy and feeling he owes one to Harry, Gil lets Herk win. Unfortunately, somewhat continuing the Vern Gagne parallel, Herk overdoes it with the sleeper hold, and puts Gil into a coma.With football season about to begin, Milford ignores the budget constraints and quickly calls the legendary Chip Hilton out of retirement. Chip assumes all of Gil’s duties, and brings H. Mop Travel in as football assistant and head wrestling coach. Milford is destined to garner state titles in all four sports this year.Stunningly bypassed for the wrestling and baseball gigs, W.Guy (that’s me), purchases WDIG, renames it WVOV (voice of the valley), fires Marty Moon and recruits his cousin S. Guy as color man.
