I’m presuming that Nick is referring to his former human body. Since he is Jewish he would have been circumcised. I’m also assuming that the same high tech sensor equipment that helped Nick realize that Violet Bee wasn’t human allows him to see through Tip’s clothes and see that he hasn’t had the services of a Rabbi. Thankfully Nick has the sense to not tell Dr. Lee that he can see through her clothes.

I’ve known many non-Jewish/Christian (or non-religious couples in general) get their boys circumcised, essentially for cleanliness reasons.
