At least they’ll never have to worry about university tuition for him, since he’s probably already getting offers of full scholarships!

I once taught a “gifted” class made up of Jasons. It was beyond AP. Also the easiest class I ever watched. They’d carry the whole hour with a civil on topic discussion.

How does Jason get The American Journal of Physics? First of all it’s expensive and then it’s restricted to the academia and/or scientific institutions.

@twypsi: It’s roughly $200/year depending on how you subscribe. Many subscribers loan out issues after they’ve read them. If a kid wants to read it any physics teacher will be happy to provide it.

I say send that kid to high school or college and be done with it.

You also have a major role in a popular TV show that based your character’s background on your life? :)

What’s weird about reading journals during boring school lectures? I and all my friends did that, though my personal taste ran to biological journals like “Ichthyologica” (no longer being published) and historical research.
