    I noticed when I lost weight I could cross my legs and they would stay where I put them. I was fascinated by that. I must have looked odd sitting like that but I couldn’t help myself. I was so happy I could do it, I just did it.

    The only “diet” that people should do is what works for them, but in general, it should have both protein and fiber. Fiber should be coming from fruits, veggies, and whole grains. The protein will help you feel full and help your body build muscle. And it shouldn’t be a diet, which implies that it’s temporary. Anyway, put down the baked goods, Cathy, they’re not helping.

    Is there always so much food lying around an office? I would think it would be discouraged for several reasons.

    “If it doesn’t work for me then it cannot work for you (even if it does)” seems to be the way some people think. Maybe Cathy is just a wee touch jealous here.

    I know several people who have done the protein diet…it came right back.
