I bought my first pair of Crocs last May and haven’t worn any other shoe since. I go for comfort instead of style.

I always liked the rocker soles. I wish they’d come back

There should be a panel of women in leg casts, shown lining up to look at the shoes and still wanting to buy them.

I don’t date women whose feet hurt. Poor footwear choice is indicative of major character deficits. A woman who moves well is graceful and attractive. A woman who limps by choice is a victim, one way or another.

Go with the “rocker-soled” athletic shoes, Cathy. They’re not all that cute but they’ll provide your feet with more support, they’ll be more comfortable to wear, and, best of all, there’s less chance that you’ll end up in the emergency room with a broken ankle should you trip and fall while wearing them ….. unlike a stiletto heel so ridiculously high that I don’t know how any woman could possibly stand up in them, let alone walk around in them! :-o

Ah, bright sunshine, temperature above 10c, and a heavy wind cooling it down several degrees. Yup, spring is here. I hope your day is warm and sunny – without the wind chill.

AACK. For me, shoes are shoes are shoes, for the most part. Give me a pair that fits and let me go on with life. Those pink high-heeled ones in panels 2, 4, & 5 look pretty painful, too.

Amazing how many workplaces I’ve been in conflict with as they tried to force me to wear “girl shoes” and no athletic shoes allowed. I even had to get a doctor’s order to wear athletic shoes as my feet deteriorated (and I was working as a social worker going into homes with all kinds of hazards—from icy/broken steps to dog poop).
