TV: Don't take if you have difficulty swallowing. Mrs. Hillman: I have that! TV: Or if you develop bloating. Muscle weakness. Gas. Mood changes. Joint pain. Mrs. Hillman: I have that! I have that! I have that! I have that! I have that! Cathy: OR you could develop joy and renewed vitality! Mrs. Hillman: I don't have that. Mr. Hillman: Only the icky thoughts are contagious.

They say laughter is contagious. I have observed that misery is viral.

I just looked in the mirror. My hair looks like that horrid woman’s hairdo right now. I have it pulled up on top, and strands wound into pin curls, so when I take it down and brush it out, my ponytail will be wavy.

Laugh and the world laughs with you. Gripe and you gripe alone!

I’m more of a realist. I don’t see the point of faking joy and I also won’t hide from the bad things. But I do try to not focus on them and realize that there are good and bad to everything. Life is life, and there are things to learn and get from both the positive and negative aspects.
Hello Cathy friends! Happy Saturday! Have a great day, all!

The only time I fake emotions is when I try to act pleased when I have to deal with someone I cannot stand. The rest of the time I am what I am and I feel what I feel. Oh, hide emotions, yes, but fake, too hard.
Nice warm day today – if you consider 37F warm. The heating season has definitely started. I hope your day is warmer, both in temperature and in feeling.
