Other saleswoman: While his head is spinning, you can lunge for your bag and grab a cover-up! Saleswoman: His only memory of you in a suit will be a blur of color.

As a guy let me just say. When a guy sees a woman at the beach that absolute last thing he notices, or cares about, is the swim suit.

The only time I can ever remember seeing Cathy at a beach was when she and Irving went on their honeymoon and even then, she wore what appeared to be regular clothes while lounging on a beach chair either reading a book/magazine/newspaper or doing something on her laptop. At no point was she ever shown wearing a bathing suit and swimming in the ocean or their hotel’s pool, which just makes me wonder: if not then ….. when and where else would she? She never seems to go to a pool or beach anyway so why does she keep wasting time and money shopping for a suit she’s never actually going to wear? And if all she’s going to do is cover it up anyhow, then why bother doing that loathsome chore at all? Why not just forget about going to all that trouble and simply wear a tank-top and a pair of shorts instead? But I guess if she were to do that, she’d then have to go shopping to buy a bunch of new clothes for THAT “reason” too! ;-)

Who says that I am wearing a swimsuit to draw his eyes, anyways? I just want to enjoy the beach, the sun and the water…and look fairly nice doing it. Half the HEs there look terrible!!

I think summerdog is a little low with that statement. As I have mentioned before, I watch a lot of people (while my wife shops) and I would say well over half of the HEs and SHEs look terrible. I have remarked to my wife as she is watching ‘her’ movies that most of the good looking people must live in Hollywood and other movie and TV making centers as the average people you see anywhere else do not come up the the standard of looks that the movies and TV shows portray. Of course they have experts on makeup and fashion to help cover up the ‘normal’ look. No matter, I still enjoy watching people.
Cold and wet today with a risk of frost tonight. Mother Nature is teasing us again! I hope you are having a much warmer weekend.

I wouldn’t go within 10 feet of that swimsuit. I don’t know anyone over the age of 10 that would look good in it…and I hang out with ballet dancers.
