    Mine would be croutons, bacon bits, and cheese…hold everything else.

    What you don’t really want or need can be a pretty big list since what you don’t want is probably a totally different list than what you don’t need.

    I agree with those in the past couple of days have said eat everything but eat less. It certainly worked for me. Trouble is my wife was raised in a German household where if you weren’t eating there was something wrong. (I still have not lost the extra weight I gained while visiting her relatives in Germany – maybe it is time for a smaller plate again).

    Have a great day eating sensibly – even if it is a bowl of croutons.

    I actually like a good, hearty salad with lots of veggies. I just tend to eat salads more if someone else has made it. And I like some protein in it, probably fish.

    Croutons are the last thing I would pick…bacon, cheese, arugula, olives…love all of them, but not croutons.
