He is closer to the mark than all the personal finance books I have read.

You want to make them think about their spending habits? Perhaps a little volunteer work at a soup kitchen or at the retirement home. Thinking of others seems to make most people think less about themselves. Sometimes.

As much as the accountant tries, he will never change their ways. I’ve heard of people hitting rock bottom yet are still in denial about their habits. Unfortunately, it affects others, usually their own family. I’ve heard of people committing fraud by using their children’s ssn to open accounts that they have no intention of paying. And it’s the poor child who finally figures it out years later, and has to make the choice about whether they should report their parent to the police so that their name is cleared. So sad.

Hello Cathy friends! Happy Tuesday! Hope you all have a great day!

[Sigh] Looks like it’s in one ear and out the other for one of our favorite Nut-Jobs …

Not expecting any change in these 2…but I might consider changing accountants in the future.
