I once saw a guy interviewed on TV and he was described as “a Mad Cow Expert”. It was then that I realized that all the cattle experts that I knew were crazy.
Remember many years ago when Cranberries “caused” Cancer? Now they “prevent” Cancer. I figure in the next 5 years or less some “expert” will determine that Cranberries really do “cause” cancer.

Simple. Just stick the little probe in the appropriate part of the meat’s anatomy and make sure it’s above 165.
