Why would he think that taking Joan to Peoria would broaden her horizons? I live in Peoria and my horizon only goes to the Illinois River!!! Don’t even go there concerning my ‘screen name’!!!!

Actually, I think they’re doing pretty well. Lying doesn’t seem to be the strong suit for any of them.

Truth is, if Wally hadn’t had to organize babysitting, he wouldn’t have had to tell anybody … but where’s the challenge (or humour) in that? lol!

There are so few mysteries and surprises left in life, so shouldn’t Joan want to wait and be surprised? Apparently not. These three women are all exactly alike. Eliot really has no imagination when it comes to these three characters. She’s managed to make Holly and Alix to very different types of people, why not the three moms?

People who know Pittsburgh know it’s actually a great town…but I wouldn’t call it a vacation spot. :)
