Just an observation: The current comic show Andy and gang soccer, I believe. The older one that Eldo posted is Rugby. Those ear proctectors are for keeping you ears on your head in the scrum.

In my officiating days, I have refereed many of their games. They may not be as fast or in as good shape as the youngsters but the enthusiasm level is just as high and the intensity of play is just as strong. ( And they play just as dirty ! )
@NUMBER6, et al. Have been computer free for a few weeks so am far behind on #6 posting his comics, but I did see yesterday’s, and am glad to know I have not been forgotten. It will take me a bit getting used to laptop so will be doing good just to read the comics and comments and not respond to anything while I get used to the keyboard. Good to be back.
I got a bunch done between Friday and Sunday. Coming to the home stretch. I will finish up the paint work tomorrow (Monday) and will continue with the upstairs bathroom that needs some masonite paneling replaced. Broke the job in briefly earlier. Took Gina to the market early on and then to Macy’s for her Estee Lauder stuff. They open too late on Sunday that she had to get to work sooner than that. Finally, went over to the paint store to get a last gallon mixed for me. It would have been warmer if not for a medium coolish wind going around.

Percy actually GAVE the house to Andy once, but, it backfired as Andy refused it (Can’t remember if it was over the taxes or the responsibility)It was also fun to watch poor Percy (who was secretly in love with Flo) bring out the “jealous husband” in Andy
