If IQs have been rising, how did Romney get nominated or Obama elected?
It’s called the “Flynn Effect”. However, there is some debate on the validity of these tests to accurately measure intelligence.
Maybe the test makers are getting dumber.
In their case, maybe it skipped two generations.
I like the fact that Billy’s Dad added the word “Mostly” at the end!
