One of the family cats has a fit if mom doesn’t fork over a glass full of cold water for her to occasionally drink.[]Preferably, my mom’s glass of water.
An animal licks its wounds to help them heal. Just hope he hasn’t been grooming before he was there. Feces has deadly stuff in it no matter the species.
About the only thing we drink that kitty wants besides water is our peppermint tea, and there she’d MUCH rather have the box (we give her the empties for a few days.)

We just bought a small throw pillow with the phrase, “Cat hair is a condiment in our home.” embroidred on it. Very true.
