Frog Applause is promoted and categorized by GoComics as: MATURE THEMES, ALTERNATIVE. Isn’t that what this strip delivers? What other strips should GoComics censor because Mr. Doty doesn’t like them?
I’m dumb, I admit, but I see nothing offensive here. The various pictures in the balloon, meant to depict swearing, are something you see in just about every comic strip.
I hope to be enlightened soon, though.
I think “Joe” hates the strip overall, not just today’s strip. My guess is he wants a permanent flag on the strip. There are plenty of strips on GoComics that I don’t like (for various reasons). Do I think they should be removed just because I don’t like them? OF COURSE NOT!!!
No, Radish, not at all - he was very serious. He knows BAD THINGS when he sees them (and he knows that angels don’t really have wings - did YOU know that?). Personally, I love Frog Applause and the Frog Blog, although I’m really starting to feel sorry for that poor penguin - WHEN is he going to wise up?
