In the 1970s it was global cooling, growing polar caps and another ice age coming due to the same causes and flaunted by the same gang!

That’s true. It’s October now and things seem to be cooling off quite nicely. ;-)

Do we even deserve to survive, given our stupidity? I wonder.

With Earth’s rotational wobble, sunspot activity and naturally occurring atmospheric variables (like volcanic eruptions) causing climatic changes, Man’s influence on the climate is minimal.

The biggest greenhouse gas is water vapor. Did humanity increase it?

High volcanic activity when present is probably a 2, sometimes a 1.

Who are you to tell people how to vote or to demonize them for exercising their right to vote for who they please? I would rather have a deformed monkey than what we have right now.

It’s sad to foresee the demise of the human race (and most earthly species except insects and bacteria) due to HUMAN-CAUSED global warming. Fortunately, at my age I won’t be around to see it. Come back in 100 years and tell me it wasn’t so.

I noticed one of the previous comments mentioned religious fanatics. Was he referring to the global warming experts that push their agenda and doctor the evidence to give the appearance that their “religion” is true? The worship the environment and ignore the truth. They are truly religious fanatics.

That whole fruitful thing was what 1-2 thousand years ago? when the human race didn’t even reach 1 billion and have the medical care to live as long either.Yeah maybe if Al Gore was president maybe we wouldn’t have such a problem, though there would still be the other countries still overbreeding.

I’m all for the climate change fanatics in only one sense, if it will force us off of non-renewable energy. If our culture and standard of living is going to survive, we must find reliable alternatives. Beyond that, I belive the climate does change, it’s called weather.

And which is going to cut into those profit “margins” more? Denying that we have any role in climate change, or re-tooling all our industries to utilize renewable resources? Tell me what the 1% is going to vote for.
