Dubya was … and seems to still be… a tool. The orange error, while clever in his grifting, was… and is… mainly a treasonous and dangerous criminal.

In the first one, the president did act. And we were being attacked from outside. The sleazebag watched his followers attack their own country. And egged it on.

    Hitler had his “SS”…..

“SS, abbreviation of Schutzstaffel (German: “Protective Echelon”), the black-uniformed elite corps and self-described “political soldiers” of the Nazi Party. Founded by Adolf Hitler in April 1925 as a small personal bodyguard, the SS grew with the success of the Nazi movement and, gathering immense police and military powers, became virtually a state within a state.” Britannica

Was Trump talking to kids? Are the people of USA evil (Invasion of Irak, Afghanistan, …….., the US Capitol building) BTW. On 6 January every year, World Day of War Orphans is celebrated to create awareness about the plight of the war orphans and to address the traumatic conditions faced by them.

What discourages most Americans is that a cult of supremacists can thrive in the US with a strong irrational populist leader and the defenders of democracy in our republic cannot find as strong a leader to punch the bully in the nose, end the lies, and restore civility and trust … no longer allowing thieves/liars to corrupt the people’s government with malice.

That we got to the place where a “W” or Trump would be elected is a strong indication of how the defenders of democracy have become weak and apathetic and unable to find competent effective leadership.

Republicans cheat to gain office. It’s a tough battle to fight especially with ignorant people voting for them on top of the cheating.

When did The Mini-Handed Molestor ever entertain a group of children? He didn’t care about his own kids until they were old enough to communicate with him in his primary language: money.

Trump would not be surrounded by children; he wouldn’t then be the center of attention. If he were, they would be in tears.

Funny that the J6 show trial hearings are getting such low viewership. Even Democrats aren’t tuning in and it’s changing nobody’s opinion. Who was it that said in his speech: “I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.” I repeat for those that enjoy Biden’s use of repetition: peacefully and patriotically.

Why is it that Democrats nominate intelligent, educated, experienced people to political office (Clinton, Clinton, Gore, Biden) while the Republicans nominate movie actors (Reagan), reality show hosts (Trump), and baseball club owners (Bush)?

Are politics some form of entertainment to them?

The televised hearings do indeed draw a low viewership, mostly because they’re aired in the middle of a workday for most people. I daresay even the Super Bowl or World Series ratings would dip if they were aired on a Thursday afternoon. As to changing anyone’s mind, one has to have a functional open mind in order for it to be changed.

Pretty weak, lame a s s parrot talk from the Türd Reich trolls. Same ol’, same ol’ when yet again they want to deflect from the failed coup traitor and his cronies gettin’ roasted by their own staff and their own words.

And hey! Is Bannon ever going to show up and explain all and reveal the “truth” for the sit-down with reporters he said he’d have last Friday? Aw, his Timex must be a little slow. Just like the Velveeta Voldemort. Oh wait, nothing is slower than that.

I missed my chance to comment on yesterday’s toon about Senator Josh Hawley (Fascist, Missouri), so I’m going to re-post my song parody which is now more relevant than ever. (And remember: nobody is FORCED to read the dang thing!)

    Josh Hawley sings:

When I was a punk folk had no doubt

I’d commit treason with my trademark pout

I did my level best to prove them right

When I told a mob of traitors to go out and fight

(When he told a mob of traitors to go out and fight)

And, though the Biggest Lie was nothing but a ruse

They revolted just for me—also Trump and Cruz

(And, though the biggest lie was nothing but a ruse

They revolted just for him—also Trump and Cruz)

I’m never ever modest so my horn I’ll toot

I gave that mob of traitors my own Fascist salute

And when the mob rampaged I quaked with fear

With a certain brownish discharge coming from my rear

(With a certain brownish discharge coming from his rear)

But in the aftermath I voted straight and true

To acquit my fellow traitor, Donald you-know-who

(But in the aftermath he voted straight and true

To acquit his fellow traitor, Donald you-know-who

By the way, for the trolls talking about low viewership, here’s an interesting FACT: 17.7 million viewers in the lowest TV month of the year watched last Thursday’s hearing. If Traitor Trump himself were subpoenad and lied under oath (which he would surely do, not being capable of telling the truth), the viewership would be something like 50 million, I suppose.

Speaking as someone who has had the misfortune of having to lead in a crisis situation?

    Dubya made the right call.

He had very limited information beyond “there was a plane crash”, and decided to fulfill his minimum immediate obligations in order to prevent the kids, and by extension the media in the room, from panicking.

By the time he was finished, his people had a fuller, more complete version of events and so he was able to make a decision on how to react.
