Manners! Always important to display good manners even when committing a crime..

Robber – “Your money, or your life!”

Jack Benny. – “I’m thinking, I’m thinking.”

Somehow I don’t think Barney will miss it much.

It looks like the mugger is literally armed. I don’t think he has a gun.

Even politicians aren’t that polite.

Barney should have used the old Jack Benny line…”I’m thinking?”

Welp, there go the Pillsbury prices up again…

I’m sure it wasn’t all Barney’s money. All his cash, maybe.

This is despicable. Imagine making a case for armed robbery. Better, imagine trying to explain the morality behind this strip to a young child. The flat slob who writes this strip should’ve been a criminal defense lawyer.

I find it sad that so many of the commentators endorse criminal behavior as long as it is perpetrated upon the “rich”. That is a slippery slope. Who is to decide who is rich and who is not. Is it ok for the person making $15K a year to now rob the one making $75K a year? After all, in comparison the victim is richer than the perp. Be careful of endorsing a double standard, you never know when you will be on the bad end of that standard.
