While they play their political games reality is going to crush us all.

They don’t show that Obama’s line is the one that the GOP drew 4 years ago, and then retreated from.

Where do you get this? The cartoon shows both Obama and the Republicans drawing lines in the sand and staring at each other while the tsunami named ‘Reality’ is rolling in on them from the side, a side neither is looking at.

You should have added some debris (preferably Telephone Poles) to that wave Tom.
Hurricane Sandy, The Economy, Gun Comtrol ect

Here’s what’s really funny. Based on the metaphor in the sand, Obama is communicating with the GOP, while the GOP is only talking to themselves.

A 4% increase in marginal tax rates for the 1% is a distraction that both sides are guilty of using.

The most critical issues are the ones that neither the D’s or R’s are addressing-a military budget we can’t afford, non-reciprocal trade agreements with China, no Wall Streeters in jail, the revolving door between elected representatives and the businesses they regulate (or their lobbying firms), campaign financing, lower tax rates on capital gains than on earned income…..

“everyone’s dependent on the government for income, health care, housing, and everything else . . .That’s Obama’s goal.”

If you believe that, then you should put your money where your mouth is. Stand up for what you believe. Reject all Social Security. Refuse all Medicare. Pay all your retirement and medical bills out-of-pocket.

Too many Cons in the Democratic party too. Way too many. That includes the President too.

    b) Obama and his ilk are 100 times the threat of anyone else. When everyone’s dependent on the government for income, health care, housing, and everything else, the government can do what it wants. That’s Obama’s goal.
    -
Yes he is because he is the other wolf, the one in sheep’s skin that is more dangerous. The Plutocrats are as smart as they are wicked. Give us two “choices” their choices. the wolf and the hidden wolf.
    -
However people want jobs not hand outs. And in this hidden Depression the jobs are scarce and poorly paying.

Ionizer: Democracy: The rule by all the people with defined rights for both the majority and minority that are unalienable.
Republic: A structure of government in which day to day decisions are made by elected representatives.
This country was established as both. The party of Jefferson, Madison, Mason, etc. was named the Democratic Republican Party. Look up American history.

You know this is not the first time here some one called Obama to far to the right. Makes me feel dazed.
