G.W. Bush was the only President with the courage to do something about overpopulation.

That is exactly why we (the US) should stay out of that area. The religious fanatics are rampantly insane, and all we do is to stir them up like a kid with a stick hitting on a hornets nest!!!!

Funny, Iraq is now reasonably stable and her people live in peace with their Govn. Her neighbors aren’t worried about invasion and unless one is looking for utopia, life there is prospering.
Egypt, Syria, Libya, etal, are chaotic and life forvtheir citizens is in turmoil.
Bush brought war into the region and it resulted in peace, Obama sought peace and so far has created war.
Leftists never learn.

It’s been that way for centuries.

You’re are absolutely right, with one tiny exception. Yes, the Iraqis are much better off now that the US got rid of their clean water and electricity, those Arabs are much better off living as their 5th century ancestors did, and their high birth rate is helped by the massive mortality from untreated water, summer heat and winter cold. They owe the US a huge debt, and no American would be paying more than 39¢ for gasoline if they weren’t ingrates.
But Iran now has to worry about an invasion: whom should they invade first to recreate the Persian Empire? It’s a big problem for them ever since the US removed the only effective counterweight to Persian ambitions.

Actually he was done in by liberals who would not allow him to use air fuel bombs to solve the problem.

Mmmm, then why have over 4000 civilians been killed there in 2012 due to sectarian violence if it is peaceful? Why has the Shiite leaders in Iraq allied themselves with Iran, began persecuting Sunnis in higher office like the vice-president? Iraq is not a stable peaceful democracy. The fact is the American media does not pay attention to the country any more since combat troops left,. Thus, the American public with its short attention span has not interest either. Bush’s legacy will not be peace.

Just wait until Iran gets one nuke – and uses it.
