Greece didn’t grease the right palms.
That’s the way things work in the real world.

I could not believe CNN last night saying, with a heading saying Obama is stopping the financial problems in Europe. He is going over there for an appearance nothing more. Shows you that the press still want to rub warm body oil on Obama.

It’s all Greece to me.

Actually it’s between Scylla and Charybdis. Toles probably would have used that image but he likely figured that most American readers these days wouldn’t get it.

Good one Toles !

Obama isn’t going to help Europe. Just a visit. And playing up something he isn’t doing is just going to make him look bad for nothing. But then CNN is the wannabe Fox “News” anyway so.

Greece is dangerously close to Charybdis.

Night-Gaunt: Most of them are fox cubs; CNN is just from an earlier litter.

No more kicking the can down the road for governments. ‘Free’ now has to be paid for.

I like that little guy in the boat. He can’t be British (no Eurozone-member), so he must be German. And he’s not wearing Lederhosen! What an improvement in cartooning…

The great and mighty Obama is coming with a planeful of dollars to trade for those worthless Euros.

Toles is always right on the money (and the Cons on the comment board are very busy inserting non-sequiturs as usual. Must be getting paid per post).
Night-Gaunt49 said, 12 months ago
@Ms. Ima
No evidence of that.
