I guess my Mom was a plugger…she could sit napping on her chair in front of the TV, then go to bed and fall right to sleep…I dont nap and take forever to fall asleep at night…So I guess I’m not a plugger…oh well

Even watch TV in bed, remote in hand, lights off, and you have done all your pre-bedtime tasks, fed the dog, gone to the bathroom, etc….You will get sleepy. Until you turn the set off. Then it is wide awake time.

I’ve gone from hardly sleeping at all to wanting to sleep all the time, so I know how he feels.

You’re just making up for lost (nap)time.

I thought when I retired, I’d learn how to nap. No luck.

I fretted that I’d have to learn too, but I found I was “a natural.”

Only thing is, my ‘power naps’ have such power, they take away 4 hours of REAL sleep after 2AM.

I sleep very well now but, yes I have and do suffer from it but not as bad as a lot of people, I’m told.

I had the test because I often wake up with a “hangover” even thought I haven’t been drinking alcohol.
