Trying to make it a nicer vacation, I see…..
Make it 50 times bigger, and you’ve got a deal.

Wiley, I know you just made up this name but the really weird thing is I knew a J. Glynn Realty, years ago ( location undisclosed to protect the not-so-innocent ) who would have done exactly what you’ve shown !
They’d have sold igloos to Eskimos in Arizona.

And a title search? Go all the way back, this IS beach front and there should be no surprises…

He didn’t make it up. He’s making fun of John Glynn, the Universal Uclick president. You’ll notice other cartoonists use that name on their strips too. It’s like an Easter Egg for Glynn and those in on the joke.

FEMA now requires that the foundations be raised 4 feet to avoid the incoming tide, or pay a $28,000 premium.

@Wil Panganiban—thanks for the inside info. I love Wiley’s drawings and his take on the world…and his “Mainah’s”!
