Trying to make it a nicer vacation, I see…..Make it 50 times bigger, and you’ve got a deal.

Wiley, I know you just made up this name but the really weird thing is I knew a J. Glynn Realty, years ago ( location undisclosed to protect the not-so-innocent ) who would have done exactly what you’ve shown !They’d have sold igloos to Eskimos in Arizona.

FEMA now requires that the foundations be raised 4 feet to avoid the incoming tide, or pay a $28,000 premium.

@Wil Panganiban—thanks for the inside info. I love Wiley’s drawings and his take on the world…and his “Mainah’s”!

Some people just don’t know how to relax. When I’m on vacation, I leave the computer at work and I turn my phone off during business hours.

No one’s gonna make a sarcastic comment about real estate agents? Anyone? Where did everyone go

I’ve been using this strip to announce my upcoming vacation to my clientele since at least 2010. And yes, I’m a Realtor.

All these people buying cliff top homes in southern UK, only to find them washed into the sea. “Do something” is the cry. What can one do?

Just about the only castle anyone can afford anymore (sand castle) The PROBLEM is that it’s built on weak and shifting mortgages!

My parents left the selling of the family home (including asking price) to a realtor. They literally had buyers fighting on the front lawn for the right to be first in the door! Buyer number one offered $1000 over the asking price and Dad was afraid he’d broken some law by accepting it. Wonder what they would have got with an honest realtor?
