I can’t believe (well, kinda) that Barry is going to allow millions of Americans to suffer rather than just targeting 2% of government that is waste or non-essential.

I guess his politics, once again, is all that matters.

I can’t believe the Republicans will sacrifice jobs and benefits for Americans, just to allow the rich keep their status quo.

Hype and blame. Can you believe he was saying the choose is between poor kids and sick kids? This from the guy who was going to use a scalpel to cut the dept in half. I mean really, cutting with the sledge hammer he ordered and said he wanted is not any better. But come on if he was any kind of leader this deal would have never come to be 18 months ago!

This guy is twice the leader Obama is!
House Speaker John Boehner told Republicans in a closed-door meeting Tuesday that the House doesn’t need to pass a third sequester replacement bill before the “Senate gets off their ass and passes it once.”

So the evil movie director stands for Obama-man and the RePubs are represented by a hog-tied, sucky-phase infant? Clever metaphor, Lisa.

If you taxed everyone making over 66,000 at 100% you would not make a dent in deficit spending. That ‘fair share’ thing is a hoax, get over it. Listen to Clinton’s deficit experts, if you believe all Republicans are crazed liars. Cox and Archer; President Clinton’s Bipartisan Commission on Entitlement and Tax Reform.
If the government confiscated the ENTIRE adjusted gross income of ALL Americans earning more than $66,193 per year (100% tax), PLUS ALL of the corporate taxable income in the year before the recession (5.1 trillion and 1.6 trillion = $6.7 trillion total) – it wouldn’t be nearly enough to cover the more than $8 trillion growth of U.S. liabilities per year. Some public officials and pundits claim we can dig our way out through tax increases on upper-income earners, or even all taxpayers. In reality, that would amount to bailing out the Pacific Ocean with a teaspoon.

Restore the 1960’s tax rates on the rich (75%).
Restore the Glass Steagall act with sharp teeth.
Restore the estate tax on the rich.
Try the thieves of wall street and the big corporations in court for their massive financial crimes.

As opposed to the Occupy Movement hate? Care to compare what happens during each group’s asseemblies and then look at the aftermath of them? I believe there are still areas that have not yet recovered from the Occupy Movement.
