People with guns DO kill a lot more people, period. (overwhelmingly, though in ten years, 33 police officers were murdered, with cars.)

If ya gotta kill somebody use the easiest method.
Countries with really strict gun laws have a lot of knife murders.
Australia is trying to outlaw big knives as they seem to be the weapon of choice.
    .
Mass murder requires guns, but that is rare outside the military.
Laws won’t help keep machine guns out of McDonalds, nothing will.

Yesterday’s news had 5 intentional killings or attempts.
One shooting, one stabbing, one strangling, and one subway train.
    People kill people.

Yet countries with the laxest gun laws have the highest murder rates – and a large percentage of them is with guns.

Guns make it EASY to kill people.

Guns don’t kill people, huh! Try pointing your finger at someone and going “bang, bang” and see what happens.

Fairness compels me to point out that Mexico has some of the heaviest restrictions on private gun ownership out there.

And how has THAT worked out?

The US murder rate is quite low by comparison. Check it out:

All the more reason to spread the Gospel and squelch the desire to murder.

Since knives kill people we must ban knives correct?

More Mexicans killed with Guns because The Criminals do not obey the laws, hence why they’re called criminals

States that “spread the Gospel” have higher murder rates than states that don’t.

For those who think that we should ban knives or baseball bats because they can kill also, think of this: knives and baseball bats have stated purposes, which are neutral if not beneficial. Guns have one purpose: to put holes into living beings, and mostly to kill them. Ever hear of a drive-by clubbing?

If you think guns don’t kill people, try going to war without one.
