I bet we’d all be shocked at what is under those black robes.

    Judge Judy isn’t all she seems . . .

Good use of the subjunctive tense in panel 3. Not that a kid would actually talk like that.

Though a judge would drink from a glass, whatever (s)he was or wasn’t wearing – sorted!

The opinion of this Supreme Court is just like every other Supreme Court, riddled with personal political opinions rather than following our Consitution and understanding it’s true meaning. They could learn by reading the Federalists Papers, John Locke and the rest of the men that influnced our Founders in it’s writing.

You could learn by reviewing the difference between “its” and “it’s”.

treesareus: Theere were essentially just three writers of the Federalist Papers, mostly Hamilton. Locke was not American and sufficiently dated they substituted “pursuit of happiness” (good government) for his “security of property” which had already changed meaning to real estate, which most didn’t own. Madison’s Notes on the Constitutional Convention would be a better source, but corporate control of publishing has ensured it is out of print.

As I always say about children’s choirs and robes, “Robes hide a multitude of sins.”

My middle school principal was drinking vodka out of a flask and refilling it from a bottle in his desk. He didn’t spill anything on his sportcoat or tie but his face was flushed.

A child like this would be more honest than most of the justices.
