I’m surprised he hasn’t said anithing about his bow tie. I haven’t seen anyone wear one of those in years.

Over course his eyes and ears are older than everything else, they got a head start.

Norman is very observant boy, he notices a lot about Gramps, Earl should move around more,

Earl should tell Nelson that of course his eyes and ears are older. They arrived first to see if what they heard and saw made it worthwhile for the rest of him to come along for the ride.

one doesn’t grow old, they grow older; it’s an ongoing process.
