Being a loyal citizen of New Hampshire I realize Sarah was right. If the King could charter Mass to the NY line, why not NH? Oh, that’s Vermont? It doesn’t matter, God intended Mass to be part of NH and therefore Lexington and Concord would Live Free of Die. Besides, we have lower taxes than Taxachusits as the Constitution said. As for waking the British, it would have happened except for the liberal government of Boston passing that noise suppression hoof law. That Mr Revere was trying to profit off his government position by advertising his silversmith commodity exchange at the expense of taxpayers. Which gets us to taxes, the Tea Party, and why we need someone in the White House with a half a term experience in the newest state in this glorious nation. Don’t pay taxes, buy Bristol Band contraceptives.

I was surprised that the local Fox station carried an apology from Palin for stealing Romney’s thunder, but no mention of paul Revere.

I assume you are saying this tongue in cheek, right? How is it that if we say anything that’s not complimentary of Sarah (such as her intellect is on par with an Alaskan moose), righties think that equal intimidation? Does that mean that every time a righty says something insulting about Obama, it’s because they’re intimidated by him, too?

This is ridiculous. The press does ANYTHING but help Sarah Palin cover up gaffes. They even make them up for her.

Later that day, Palin went on the air to announce that she had not made any giraffes, and that she wouldn’t even know how to make one. Then someone told her that the word was “gaffe” and explained what it means, and she said, “Never mind.”

The woman has no natural curiosity about competing ideas and is willfully ignorant of modern knowledge……….

In truth, Revere’s ride was cut short by his arrest. The actual raising of the alarm was done by Charles Dawes. Revere is only famous because of the poem. “Listen my children, and shut your jaws/While I tell you about Charles Dawes” just doesn’t cut it.

Technically, Paul Revere did warn the British… Everyone was British then because the U.S. didn’t exist yet. Also technically, Revere’s famous line was “The Redcoats are coming! The Redcoats are coming!”

Those who think they aren’t as smart as Sarah Palin… aren’t.

I thought that Revere’s actual line was “The regulars are out…”
